Warranty Information

This Warranty applies to repairs performed and parts installed by our shop and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Labor Warranty

All labor performed by our shop is warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months or twenty-four thousand (24,000) miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers labor directly related to the original repair

Parts Warranty

All new parts installed by our shop a warranted for a period of twelve (24) months or twenty-four thousand (24,000) miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions. Warranty period is subject to manufacture warranty on part. If manufacture warranty is less than repair warranty, customer is responsible for the cost of parts, labor warranty is unaffected by manufacture parts warranty.

Warranty Coverage & Limitations

• Warranty coverage begins on the date of the original repair.

• This warranty applies only to the original customer and the vehicle listed on the repair order.

• Warranty coverage is limited to the correction of the original repair and does not extend to related or consequential damages.

• This warranty does not cover failures resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

• Warranty service must be performed at our facility unless prior written authorization is provided.

• Poof of the original repair may be required to obtain warranty service.

Customer-Supplied Parts Warranty Disclaimer

Customer acknowledges that any parts, components, or materials supplied by the customer for installation are not covered under our shop’s warranty policy. We do not provide any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, on customer-supplied parts.

Our warranty applies only to labor performed during installation. Should a customer-supplied part fail, be defective, incorrect, or cause damage to other components, the customer assumes full responsibility for the cost of replacement parts, additional labor, diagnostic time, towing, storage, and any related repairs.

By authorizing repairs, the customer agrees to these terms and releases the shop from any liability related to the performance, quality, or suitability of customer-supplied parts.
